1. If event is cancelled prior to 30 days of day, FULL REFUND. Cancel 29 days or less, LOSE DEPOSIT!
2. Due to limited availability, there are NO REFUNDS on PAVILLION DEPOSIT.
3. Beverages carried onto premises IS NOT ALLOWED.
4. We, (Hilltop) will not be responsible for any accident incurred by participants of event in hall/pavillion.
5. We, (Hilltop) do have areas that will be closed or regulated to participants of event in hall/pavillion.
6. Please obey all signage in the areas of hall/pavillion.
7. Use Painter's Tape Only. No tacks, pins or other type of tape in Indoor Function Hall.
